Pengaruh On The Job Training Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai BMT NU Temayang Bojonegoro

This study aims to analyze the effect of On The Job Training and work experience on employee performance at BMT NU Temayang Bojonegoro. The research employed a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, involving all 102 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-tests and F-tests. The results show that On the Job Training significantly affects employee performance (t = 6.008 > t-table = 1.660), and work experience also has a significant effect (t = 3.997 > t-table = 1.660). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance (F = 41.402 > F-table = 3.087). The findings recommend that BMT NU Temayang implement structured training programs and provide opportunities to enrich work experience to optimize performance.
